Exercises to Get Enviable Buttocks – Firm and Cellulite-Free

  1. Leg liftings

Start the exercise lying on the back, arms at your sides. Rise the pelvis from the floor, leaning out the sole of one foot, the other leg being extended parallel to the ground.

From this position, raise the extended foot from the parallel position to a position perpendicular to the floor. Then return to starting position and begin the exercise with the other foot.

Repeat the exercise with each leg for 30 times. This movement involves the muscles of the buttocks – lower portion.

  1. Beautiful curves

Start the exercise lying on the back, arms at your sides. . Rise the pelvis from the floor, fixing its position and support yourself on the soles of both feet.

From this position, unite and depart your knees, with the pelvis in the raised position.

Repeat the movement 30 times. The exercise involves the buttocks and internal thigh muscles.

  1. Lifting the pelvis

Start the exercise lying on the back, arms at your sides. . Rise the pelvis from the floor, leaning on the sole of one foot, the other leg being extended perpendicular to the floor.

From this position rises up the pelvis, keeping unchanged the extended leg’s position. The exercise involves the large buttock muscle. Repeat the movement 20 times with one foot, then return to starting position and repeat with the other foot.

  1. Gluteal exercises

Start the exercise by supporting yourself on the palms and knees. Extend one leg parallel to the floor and fix its position.

From this position, flex the foot, forming between the lower leg and the thigh an angle of 90 degrees, then return to starting position. Repeat with the other foot.

Repeat the movement with each leg for 30 times. The exercise trains the muscles of the buttocks and posterior thigh.
